YOUR ROLE

As Consumer Support, you will be part of our Assets team in Timisoara and our bigger InSites Consulting team. You will have the chance to work with panel members from all over the world, members of our own consumer research panel - Future Talkers. You will be involved in optimizing the quality of our services towards our Panel members. 

Your main focus will be on five domains:

  • Communication & helpdesk: handling incoming panelist communication and adequately answering questions 
  • Service quality monitoring: monitoring the overall Future Talkers service quality 
  • Incentive management: being second in line for incentive management, you will be sending out incentives, communicating to winners, etc. 
  • Social Media Management: communicating on a regular basis on the Future Talkers Facebook page, Twitter account and blog 
  • Panel satisfaction monitoring: monitoring the panel member satisfaction based upon the different available tools

YOUR PROFILE

  • Fresh graduate or in the course of obtaining your bachelor degree (e.g. Languages, Administration, or a similar study). 
  • A first experience in helpdesk support or a client oriented function is a plus.  
  • You have perfect written English skills; any other language is a plus. 
  • You have strong administration skills and punctuality is your goal. 
  • You are able to help people in a friendly way in all circumstances
  • Last but not least, fun to work with ;-)!
