Participant Support and Rewards Manager

The Consumer Connection department within InSites Consulting is looking for a Participant support and rewards manager. InSites Consulting facilitates thousands of research connections between brands and consumer participants every year. Offering both a 1) a helpdesk support function to participants who have questions and 2) a desirable rewards/incentive experience is critical to ensuring engaged and happy participants. 
We are seeking someone to oversee and manage these important functions as part of our team. As Participant Support and Rewards manager, you will be part of the Consumer Connection department.

Your role will cover two areas of expertise:

  • The rewards and incentives process across the organization
  • The participant support handling across all network

Reward Management 
  • Identify potential rewards partners and negotiate rate cards based on current needs. Keep a close contact with global sales teams to identify points of improvements
  • Create and analyze reporting for better decision making
  • Flag any issues with the rewards system to the relevant teams
  • Communicate with the company any changes or existing improvements made to the rewards system and processes
Participant Support 
  • Supervise the Participant Support team and ensure that all participants requests are handled in a timely and professional manner
  • Streamline the support processes for a quicker and better response rate
  • Create and analyze monthly reporting of participant support performance
  • Identify patterns of participant complaints and flag any outlying ones to the relevant teams
  • Offer Level 2 support for complex participant requests that cannot be handled by the current team alone.


  • 4+ years’ experience in Market research/Marketing, Support, Consultancy or related industries
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Negotiation skills
  • Organized and has an eye for details
  • ‘Can do’ attitude
  • Outstanding written and spoken English
  • Previous people management experience is preferred
