Junior HR Assistant (temporary)

YOUR ROLE

As Junior HR Assistant you are part of our corporate HR team – or Employee Happiness team as we like to call it. At InSites Consulting we are as passionate about our people as we are about market research. We manage one organization from a strong corporate vision co-created with local flavor. You will be based in our Ghent office (HQ) and be part of a team of 6 Employee Happiness colleagues, servicing all InSites’ offices across the globe (Ghent, Timisoara, Rotterdam, New York, London, Düsseldorf, Sydney and Johannesburg). In your role you will support the team in the domains of recruitment, learning & development and employee well-being.

We offer a temporary position from the beginning of May until the end of September.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Recruitment

  • Schedule and follow-up of candidate interviews for our eight offices
  • Manage our recruitment platform Jobvite: upload new applications, keep track of feedback, create job postings, …
  • Manage online job boards (LinkedIn, Indeed, university job portals, …)

Learning & Development

  • Practical planning of the onboarding journey of new hires
  • Practical organization of offline training sessions: sending invites, managing attendees, arranging travel with our office manager, …
  • Play a key role in creation and management of e-learning courses: brief course instructors, guide instructors during recordings, edit recording material, send invites to the target student group, …

Employee Well-being

  • Practical organization of webinars: creating and sending invites, managing attendees, follow-up on satisfaction, …
  • Support other Energy Factory initiatives: create newsletters, organize logistics of material to other offices, give a design briefing, …

YOUR PROFILE

General requirements

  • Bachelor degree, preferably in HRM or with a strong interest in HRM (eg. HR management, Office Management, etc.)
  • A first experience in HR administration will give you a head start
  • Proficient in Dutch and English, both spoken and written
  • Proficient in MS Office
