Market Research Intern | Qualitative

CONTEXT

Having a focus on qualitative research, you will be actively involved in moderation of Consumer Consulting Boards. Research Communities or Consumer Consulting Boards (CCBs) are one of InSites Consulting’s innovative qualitative research solutions. It is a carefully screened group of consumers, gathered on a closed platform, around a common interest, for a longer period of time. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

During your internship, you will be involved in the following tasks in our Consumer Consulting Boards:

  • Daily moderation of CCBs, qualitative analysis and basic reporting
  • You guide kick-off sessions with community members, maintain the vibrancy of the community and undertake appropriate action to maximize the community member’s happiness
  • You team up with Research Managers who will directly coach and train you
  • Depending upon your interest and evolution you will gradually be involved in the set-up, organization and execution of market research studies. YOUR PROFILE

General requirements

  • In the course of obtaining a master degree (e.g. economics, psychology, product development) with a solid marketing knowledge and interest in market research
  • Proficient in English and Dutch, any other language is an asset
  • Good skills in various areas of word processing, spreadsheet and presentation tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint …). Knowledge of graphical design tools (Photoshop …) is a plus
