HR Administrator

YOUR ROLE
As the HR Administrator you will ensure an efficient and smooth execution of HR administration for the regional offices. You will be the first point of contact for HR administration related questions for employees and support on and deliver ad hoc project initiatives across People & Culture when needed. As a key member of the People and Culture team, and employee of InSites Consulting, you will contribute to making InSites Consulting a great place to work locally and globally.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage HR administration throughout the entire employee lifecycle for the UK and US regions
• Being solely responsible for updating all employee details on Sage People and other internal databases such as Navision
• Managing the People and Culture Helpdesk, 1st line support for all queries, working closely with the HR Business Partner to execute
• Process the monthly payroll for the UK and US, liaising with finance and external payroll providers
• Responsible for employee benefits for both UK and US
• Dealing with other external providers such as pension and healthcare brokers
• Working closely with talent acquisition for onboarding new starters
• Managing leavers, exit letters and calculating holidays
• Updating employee sickness, managing the return to work process with line managers.
• Responsible for employee happy moments administration, liaising with office experience and team heads to execute.
• Probation management including attending halfway catch ups with all new starters, liaison with managers and issuing paperwork
• Working closely with the HR Business Partner to ensure the company fulfils all its statutory and legal requirements in both the UK and US
• Support the wider team with People and Culture related local initiatives and projects

YOUR PROFILE
• 1 years experience of working in an HR environment.
• A keen interest in HR and willingness to learn quickly.
• Experience of working to deadlines, project / schedule management and excellent IT skills (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) Sage experience is advantageous
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• A high level of confidentiality, tact and diplomacy.
• Able to work quickly with strong attention to detail.
• Act as ambassador of InSites Consulting and promotor of our company values and people principles in relation to candidates and employees
