Position & Priorities

Today, InSites Consulting is investing significantly in its market expansion, aiming to become the world’s leader in driving impact through insights communities. Over the past two years, we have grown rapidly through buy & build, and we are now +€65 million strong in revenues, uniting 600 people across 17 locations. The Head of People & Culture is a newly created leadership position that joins this exciting journey as the organization is shifting gears.

You will work closely with the CEO and the senior leadership team to develop and implement the organizational and people strategies required to support InSites Consulting’s plans to scale up. You will shape innovative programs that drive talent acquisition, engagement and retention. Because of the rapid growth of the organization and our ambitious Millennial workforce, the development of culture and talent management programs will be a priority. Contributing to the successful integration of newly acquired companies will be of equal importance, as we believe in managing one global organization from a strong corporate vision.

Key objectives

  • Be the driving force behind innovations in the employee life cycle, which includes recruitment, onboarding, learning & development, performance management, reward and wellbeing.
  • Lead and empower the international People & Culture (P&C) team (currently 12p) and guide them in the execution of strategy and plans.
  • Design and implement culture initiatives that reinforce our values and people principles, and that positively impact employee engagement and happiness.
  • Develop and implement a vision on (top) talent management, including performance management, internal mobility, career paths, and succession planning.
  • Lead the P&C integration stream; work closely with the CIO to set clear integration principles, objectives and milestones, and act as gatekeeper of our culture and values.
  • Oversee the effective use of tools to collect, maintain, and analyze personnel data, and translate relevant employee data into insights which drive action plans at the appropriate levels.
  • Oversee the organization’s compliance with all legislation pertaining to personnel matters; maintain knowledge of industry trends, employment legislation, and cost-efficient solutions.
  • Act as trusted sparring partner for senior leaders to understand their business context, and advise on strategic and tactical people initiatives
  • Participate actively in strategic and operational planning; partner up with the CEO and senior leaders to develop optimal organizational structures that support growth and scale.

The ideal candidate

General requirements
  • You combine strategic thinking and leadership skills with hands-on people and talent management experience to help us sustain and build upon our culture and values at a time of rapid growth.
  • You bring expertise in setting the direction in all phases of the employee life cycle, including a proven track record in building systems and processes to enable scalability.
  • Ten years or more of relevant experience in an international and rapidly-changing environment, preferably in a context of buy & build.

  • Master’s degree in human resource or related field
