InSites Academy

When joining our team, you will be immersed in a tailor-made induction program, combining job-related training with on-the-job coaching and intro sessions to get familiar with our company culture and services. Throughout the year, different initiatives are organized to stimulate knowledge sharing and to get inspired. Just think about our InSites Congress, Sales Café, R&D learning sessions… and the opportunity to attend external conferences keeping you up-to-date on the latest trends in your domain.

Coaching

Our coaching practice promotes ongoing conversations and a two-way dialogue, creating a culture of open and real-time feedback. Together with your coach you will set clear objectives, talk about your ambitions, celebrate success and learn from failures. Through ongoing support and guidance, your coach helps you grow and take the next steps in your career. When you’re joining in a junior position, your on-the-job coach will make sure you become familiar with our company culture and practices.

Personal pace

We believe that people are in the driver’s seat of their growth. That’s why we killed the boring annual evaluations and replaced them with an ongoing cycle of performance management, allowing people to make progress at their own time and pace. Our career path stimulates you to step out of your comfort zone and evolve both on a personal and a professional level. Every two years we organize our very own congress with the aim of inspiring each other, sharing stories that reflect the value of our work
and cross-office team bonding. It’s that moment in the year where all InSites employees from around the globe gather in one magical spot.

LOCAL TEAMBUILDING INITIATIVES

From time to time we need to let off some steam. That’s why every office gets full budget autonomy to organize fun and informal team activities. From after-work drinks and BBQ lunches to mountain hikes and swerve classes… we’ve done it all. If you know how to entertain your colleagues, then you might join one of the local teambuilding teams!

EMPLOYEE APPRECIATION DAY

Once a year we celebrate Employee Appreciation Day where all of the attention goes to our employees. Think free office lunches, massages or other healthy treats and a special ‘thank you’ message for every individual employee.

We love to celebrate personal moments! So every time someone takes the next step in their career, gets married, celebrates a work anniversary or welcomes a newborn, … our employee spotlight is switched on.

PERSONAL FREEDOM

We focus on getting the job done rather than on strict working hours. Our flexible working policy allows employees to balance their professional and personal ambitions. So if you arrive a bit later to see the dentist first or want to finish your report at home because you have to pick up your kids, that’s fine. COMPANY CLOSING
